I'm not very clear on what type of support group you're looking for. Is it for cutters? Maybe for cutters who don't want to stop? It sounds like that's where you are with it right now. Are you looking for a family-based support group? I don't really understand what you're asking.

Here's my thoughts on what you said:
Cutting? Does that mean cutting yourself, then? Okay. So you've found one way to "deal with" your stress then, is that it? And cutting yourself helps you, so far? Okay, so you've taught yourself a way of dealing with stress. What if you tried other things? Like talking to other survivors of stress who have created a non-industry toll-free number where you can talk with volunteers--survivors of psychiatry (like you?) who give callers up to 50 minutes to talk. Check 'em out: 1-800-654-7227 (good only in the USA apparently). In Canada, try www.madpride.com Other organizations which may be able to help you (and others reading this) include www.mindfreedom.org

Sounds like it would do you good to talk regularly with someone about all this stuff you're dealing with. If you talke to the 800 number ("the Mental Patients Liberation Alliance" is who they are), you can talk to someone regularly!
